The Anchor Program is a structured fitness and wellbeing program at BroFit Bankstown, using boxing, mentorship, and life skills training to build physical strength, mental resilience, and community connection. Designed for NDIS participants and at-risk men and women, it helps develop confidence, discipline, and purpose in a safe, supportive environment.
A 3-hour guided program designed for NDIS participants, combining physical activity, social connection, and personal development. Sessions include:
Participants will also have access to mental health and wellbeing supports and a safe, inclusive community environment.
A supportive 3-hour program designed for men in the community who are rebuilding their lives after involvement with the justice system or facing other reintegration challenges.
Participants engage in:
Keep young people active, engaged, and connected over the break with our fun, supportive programs.
Includes:
Who: Young men aged 12–25, community & NDIS participants
When: NSW school holidays, morning & afternoon sessions.
